Gerard Haran Becomes First Baseball Client

Hollywood, Fl. - March 24, 2008, Gerard Haran has signed a Representation Agreement with Dynasty Athlete Representation, LLC, making him the first client of Dynasty's new Baseball Division.

Gerard played Catcher for the College of New Jersey, where in his Senior season he collected Player of the Year honors from the New Jersey Sports Writers Association, New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association, Eastern College Athletic Conference and the ABCA Atlantic Region. He also won the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association NCAA Division III "Position Player of the Year" award. Out of all Division III players, Gerard was ranked the best prospect for position players and third best player overall by Baseball America. In his collegiate career, he was a three-time baseball All-American.

After being overlooked in the MLB amateur draft, the St. George Roadrunners of the Golden Baseball League signed Gerard and enjoyed his hitting and ability to gun down baserunners. After only two weeks, Gerard's contract was purchased by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was recently cut by the Gulf Coast League Cardinals Rookie affiliate, but looks to make his return to professional baseball shortly.
